Who We Are

We are the Neighborhood Pedestrian and Bicycle Access Committee, a Joint Committee of:
and the Greater Louisville Council of the Blind

For over 12 years, we have advocated safe access for pedestrians on both sides of fast-moving 4-lane Brownsboro Road, which divides the Clifton and Clifton Heights neighborhoods in Louisville, KY.  The Kentucky Council of the Blind has been involved for over 30 years.
